• By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service and acknowledge that it's a binding contract.• I may change my TOS at any time, though you are bound by the terms set when I accepted your commission. Any text added on to my TOS in the latest update will be underlined. Any text redacted from my TOS in the latest update will be present with a strike-through. GENERAL (COMMISSIONS)

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason and may not provide a reason as to why.• You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.• Please provide some type of visual reference when commissioning me. I will accept full reference sheets, art, or even a collage of stock images/photos with some clarifying text. Please do not provide only a lot of descriptive text. Even a bunch of doodles in MSPaint is better than nothing! (The only exception to this rule is custom designs. Though, having reference material is still helpful.)• I will work with NSFW ref sheets even if the commission is SFW.• I will not copy the exact pose of another artist nor will I make a custom design that's too similar to an existing one. I will accept submission of other artwork/designs as loose inspiration but the finished product will be distinctly different.

PAYMENT

• All prices given are in USD.•VIA COMISS.IO: After the price is agreed upon, you will be prompted to pay via the site. Please follow instructions and pay either the full amount or the first payment if there is an established payment plan.• VIA EMAIL: After the price is agreed upon, I will send a Pⓐypal invoice to the email specified by the customer. You do NOT have to have a Pⓐypal account to pay the invoice. In the event you do not have a Pⓐypal account, you can pay via a debit or credit card. If you need help doing so, please let me know.• If the price of the commission meets or exceeds $100, a payment plan can be made.• If full payment or, in the case of a payment plan, the first payment isn't made within 7 days (1 week) of the invoice being sent, the invoice will be canceled and the commission terminated.• If, for any reason, you need extra time to make payments, please notify me upfront or as soon as possible to avoid consequences.• If required to pay in full, I will not start work until it is paid. If a payment plan is enacted, I will not start work until the first payment is made. I will only finish the sketch stage until all payments have been made and the commission is paid for fully. Then I will proceed with the rest of the commission process.

PROCESS

• Commissions can take up to a month to be finished UNLESS the project is rather complex (ex: very large ref sheet/custom design, comic pages, etc.). If the commission time surpasses 5 months, the customer is automatically refunded. If it's my fault, the refund will be 100%. If, for example, I lose contact with the customer after trying to reach out to them multiple times, they will be refunded for what work has not been completed at that time.• All customers will be told the process for their specific commission and will be provided a link to their personal Trello "card" on the queue. It is strongly suggested to subscribe to that card for updates to keep track of when I am actively working on the commission and to see what comments I make. All major updates will be emailed/DM'd to the customer directly.• I will publicly and personally update customers if there is a personal reason to delay work. If the circumstance is dire enough to put me out of work for months on end, customers will receive 100% refunds in as timely a manner that I can manage.• Work-in-progress (WIP) updates will be given at appropriate times during the commission process. For example, with chibis that will be sketch, revised sketch if needed, lines, revised lines if needed, and then finished colors/rendering.• The customer may request changes at the appropriate stage of a commission. If, for instance, a request to the lineart is made when the commission is completely finished, a fee will incur. The customer has 1 week after being provided the finished work to request any changes (for a fee). After that point, I will not make any changes to that artwork.• The customer may ask for updates or ask questions at any time via my email, Twitter, Deviantart, or commiss.io . The customer may NOT contact me via my phone number or any undisclosed social media, such as Facebook.• When contacting me for updates, inquiries, or answers to questions, please use respectful language and conduct. I will not accept any flirtatious, intensely personal, or abusive behavior and may terminate a commission if I feel those boundaries have been crossed.• I encourage all customers to request changes if they're not happy with how something looks! Please be as specific as you can. I also allow redlining or drawing over my work to illustrate what kind of change you want if you can't put it into words.

REFUNDS & FEES

• There may be extra fees for a commission if the character, prompt, clothing, or scene is considered complex and/or time-consuming. These will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, and I will be as upfront as possible about a commission requiring extra money.• If requested changes during the commission process become excessive or are drastic, I may require a fee (or fees) for further changes.• If a deadline is required by the customer, the commission will have a +50% fee added on to the total commission price.• If the customer requests the commission be private (never posted to portfolio, gallery, or social media), this will also have a +50% fee added on to the total commission price.• If a refund is requested by the customer, a refund will be given based on how much work was done to the commission. If I haven't started, a 100% refund will be given.• I do NOT refund works that have been completely finished. If you're not satisfied with the work that has been done, please let me know as soon as possible. At that point, we can discuss changes that need to be made or what kind of refund can be made, if any.• If I choose to cancel the commission for any reason, I will provide a 100% refund to the customer regardless of how much work has been done.• The customer may receive a larger/full refund in the event that only the sketch has been completed and I choose to reuse the sketch as part of a your-character-here (YCH) type commission.

USAGE

• I reserve all rights to my artwork.• Please do not claim you created any artworks that I have made. Please do not trace over my artworks or make any major edits.
• • EDITS THAT ARE ACCEPTABLE: Putting text over the image (ex: making a meme for yourself), cropping the image (ex: to make a banner or icon for yourself), adjusting colors to fit the aesthetic of a webpage (ex: making the image black & white), giving a commission with a transparent background an actual background (solid color, photograph, painted, etc.) , and putting the separate/transparent images of a custom design on a new layout to make a new reference sheet WITHOUT editing the actual artwork.
If you have questions about any edits not mentioned that you would like to make to your commission, please contact me!• You may use your commission for personal use only. You can print it out, get stickers made for you and your friends, get it printed on a shirt, etc. as long as there is NO profit made from my artwork.• If you commissioned a custom character from me, you may do whatever you'd like with the CHARACTER (including using them to make profit/as a mascot for a business), but you must follow all rules listed in regards to the ARTWORK I made of them. You may not profit off that artwork, and my artwork should not be used as a logo.• Please credit me when posting the artwork I made and credit me for creating the character's design in regards to a custom design commission whenever appropriate.• If you would like to purchase commercial rights of the commissioned artwork, please contact me. We can work something out!

THINGS I WON'T DRAW

• I will draw any species EXCEPT closed species where the customer does not have the explicit permission of the species owner to get art or a custom design of that species.• I will not draw NSFW/fetishistic depictions of feral animals, creatures (like Pokemon: exception being anthro-ized/humanized creatures ), or underage characters.• I will draw artistic nudity of any gender, but I am less experienced with drawing NSFW scenarios in general. I may decline a commission on the grounds that I'm either not comfortable with the subject matter or don't feel I can adequately execute what has been requested. I will decline almost all fetishes until further notice (exception being any YCH that I create on my own). Normal/vanilla sexual scenes should be mostly okay!• Racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, and other bigotry are not subjects I want to depict in my art.• I will not do art that is a personal attack against someone or a group of people.• I will not draw depictions of extreme gore, suicide/hangings, and death.

AUCTION TOS

SECTION ADDED AUGUST 15th, 2022

• Once a bid is made in an auction, that is a commitment to pay that amount.
• If you need to back out for any reason BEFORE THE AUCTION ENDS, please notify me before hiding/deleting a bid. I will usually allow you to do so without a strike.
• If a bid is hidden or deleted, regardless of whether it is the winning/leading bid or not, without notifying me in any way, that is a strike.
• If you back out of paying the agreed amount at the end of the auction or ignore my messages, that is a strike.
• Three strikes equate to an instant block on all platforms and the inability to buy any designs or commissions directly from me.

ADOPTABLE/DESIGN TOS

SECTION ADDED JANUARY 22ND, 2022

• Once bought, the buyer may do ALMOST anything with the design.• THINGS I DO ALLOW:
.. Reselling, trading, or gifting designs you purchase from me with the exception of immediately "flipping" a design for profit. Please wait at least two weeks for reselling a design for more than purchased for.
.. Using designs for commercial purposes (e.g. using the design as the mascot for your business). I just ask you do not use my ARTWORK of the character unless you purchase separate commercial rights to the artwork from me.
.. Using designs for NSFW/18+ purposes.
.. Using the design for a premade fursuit, plushie, kigurumi, art doll, etc. that you intend to sell.
I encourage this and would love to see what you make! (Please credit me for the design.)
.. Changing the design in any way - even drastic changes. I also allow buyers to alter/edit my artwork to display those changes.• THINGS I DO NOT ALLOW:
.. "Flipping" a design to make profit. Please wait at least two weeks to sell the design for more than you bought it for.
.. Refunds and chargebacks. All design sales are final. In the event of a chargeback, I will block/blacklist the buyer and make a public beware warning others. I will also revoke all rights to the design. This is the only situation I will revoke a design's ownership after legitimate sale.
.. Stealing designs and claiming them as your own when you haven't purchased them.
.. Claiming you designed the character and not properly crediting me for the design when appropriate.
.. Minting or storing any design or artwork on the blockchain. Making NFTs of my artwork and designs is explicitly prohibited.

What do you use for art?

I almost exclusively use the latest Photoshop version for all of my art.If you want to know what brushes I use, you can download them/recreate them via THIS LINK! I use my own "chalky brush" currently. In the past I've used the 3B brush from paperwick's tarot card brush pack (TPL file) and Kyle T. Webster's "Weird Brush" that is only available if you are subscribed to the latest Photoshop version. If you are, it's in the "MEGA PACK" under the "Paintbox" folder!I currently use a Wacom Intuos Medium Pen & Touch (CTH-680) art tablet.

Can I get a commission?

Please check the homepage of this carrd to see what my status is on commission openings. You can also check THIS SITE to see if I'm open and to put in an order request as well!I also take commissions via email ([email protected]) and Twitter (though I prefer email). I do not take commissions via DMs on Furaffinity or Deviantart as I'm less active on those sites and communication might not be as quick. The only exceptions being if I open for specific commissions on those sites and say to contact me there.
